Finding a subsidised workspace is easy, simply scroll through our extensive listings to see if any suit your needs. Once you have identified a potential workspace just fill out our enquiries form and one of our volunteers will contact you to discuss it further.
Typically, a viewing is arranged, after which, if a charity wishes to use the workspace all it need do is agree to our Conditions of Use that include arranging suitable insurance*, paying business rates** any utilities*** attributable to its occupation.
* The occupying charity must arrange adequate liability insurance prior to occupation.
** Charities are entitled to 80% charitable relief on their business rates and in certain cases a further 20% discretionary relief can be awarded.
*** Utility usage will be billed monthly at our discretion.
